Return Process

  Sign in to your order history on the Google Store, select the items you wish to return, and print the provided prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the package

  Place the item in its original packaging along with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship the item

  Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location indicated on your return authorization form.

• 4.
  Receive your refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
